Data Deletion Instructions
You can fully delete your Workinno account and associated personal data. Use either of the methods below.
Delete it yourself
Sign in to Workinno, open the top-right menu, then go to Account Settings > Security > Delete My Account. Once confirmed, your account and all personal data are queued for deletion.
Request via email
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'. After verifying your identity, we process your request.
Timeline
After your request, your account is immediately deactivated and all personal data is permanently removed from the database and backups within 30 days. Records subject to legal retention (e.g. invoices) are stored separately for the statutory period.
Third-party connections
Connected channel accounts (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, etc.) are removed on the Workinno side. To delete your account on those platforms themselves, follow each platform's own deletion procedure.
