You put the cards in the order you want and take out the ones you do not need. The layout is personal; your dashboard does not change your colleague’s. Because the screen is set up to suit you, every morning you look at the same places.

Task, project, accounting, customer, message, staff and product cards gather on one dashboard. You see the figure here without opening any module. With the cards on a single screen, the morning round ends on one page.

You share a dashboard with your team and pick one by one who may see it. On a shared dashboard everyone looks at the same figure. Because the screen is common, meetings no longer open with different tables.

A team's numbers live on the team's own board, not in a personal one. Whoever joins the team sees the board, and whoever leaves stops seeing it — you keep no separate list. Team leads edit the layout; the rest read it.

A new teammate does not meet an empty screen on their first day. The workspace keeps one board layout as a template, and everyone who joins starts from a copy of it. An administrator can also reset everyone's boards back to that template.

Income, expense and receivable cards go onto the dashboard. Your cash and bank balance is read from the same page. With the amounts sitting next to the work figures, you see them without waiting for month end.

You see the state of the work and the progress of projects on report cards. Which job is waiting and which project has fallen behind comes out as a figure. Because the report sits on the dashboard, you do not build the weekly table by hand.

A new workspace opens with a card showing the setup steps still to be done. Which step is finished and which is waiting is followed from there. Because the list sits on the dashboard, in the first week you do not have to ask where to start.

A card strip belonging to the page sits above the module pages. On the tasks page you see task counts, in accounting the money cards. Because the strip is on the page itself, you do not return to the dashboard for a summary.

One card puts the tasks with a due date on a month view. You see which days are crowded without opening the task list. Clicking a day takes you to the records for that date.

A card lists people by the number of tasks they completed. You choose the week, the month or all time. The card only shows completed tasks; there is no score or earning figure.

If you think you have scattered your dashboard, one action returns it to the default layout. The ready layout comes from the workspace template. Because the way back is open, you are free to experiment.
