Don’t let your WhatsApp
live on one phone.
You connect your official WhatsApp Business account; the customer’s message lands on the team’s shared screen. The reply window counts down on screen, and when it closes you carry on with an approved template.

From connecting the account to what happens after the reply window closes, all of it inside Workinno.
Official account connection
You connect your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s own sign-up flow. Your number stays yours and the message fee goes straight to Meta. Because the account stands in your name, disconnecting is all it takes if you want to move on.
The 24-hour reply window
WhatsApp allows free-form messaging for 24 hours after a customer writes to you. Workinno shows that time above the conversation and does not try to send once it runs out. Since the time left is written above the conversation, you see in advance when to switch to a template.
Approved templates
When the reply window closes, you reach the customer with templates Meta has approved. You keep your templates in a library in your workspace and pick one from the conversation screen. Because the template is ready, order and appointment news is not late.
Photos, documents and voice
You open the photo, document and voice message your customer sent inside the conversation, and you send yours from the same screen. File size is capped at 16 MB on the WhatsApp side. Because the attachment stays inside the conversation, it is filed together with the customer’s record.
Messages with buttons and cards
Instead of plain text you can send the customer a message with buttons, and a row of cards when you have several options to offer. Because the customer taps instead of typing, the answer comes in one touch. The choice comes back to you as a ready answer, so you reach the outcome without stretching the conversation.
Quoted replies and reactions
In long conversations you show which message you are answering by quoting it. For short confirmations, leaving a reaction on the message is enough. Quotes and reactions show on the WhatsApp side too, so the customer never has to ask which message you replied to.
Read receipts
When you open the conversation, the message is marked as read on the WhatsApp side. The customer sees on their own screen that the message has been seen. A waiting customer reads from that mark that your answer is on the way.
The number matches the customer record
If the incoming number matches a record in your customer list, the conversation gathers under that person. When there is no match, whether a new record opens for WhatsApp is chosen in the settings. Because the conversation sits on the record, you read the history on the customer’s card rather than on a phone.
Verifying the incoming message
Every notification from Meta arrives with its signature, and Workinno does not accept the message before verifying it. A request that fails verification never lands in your conversation. Only messages that genuinely come from WhatsApp enter your inbox.
Disconnecting
Once you disconnect the account, no new WhatsApp message arrives. Your earlier conversations stay in your workspace. Even if you move the number elsewhere, you do not lose your history with the customer.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own number?
You do. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account; the number and the account stay in your name.
Can my personal WhatsApp account be connected?
No. What gets connected is a WhatsApp Business account; a personal account is not used in this flow.
What exactly is the 24-hour window?
After a customer writes to you, you message freely for 24 hours. Once it runs out, free-form messages are not sent and you carry on with an approved template.
Who approves the template?
Approval is on Meta’s side. You keep your templates in your workspace and pick an approved one from the conversation screen.
Can several people handle the same number?
They can. The conversation is on the team’s shared screen; who is on it shows from the conversation owner.
Where does the photo the customer sends land?
It lands inside the conversation and you open it there. On the WhatsApp side, file size is capped at 16 MB.
Who do I pay the message fee to?
Straight to Meta. Workinno does not put a message fee in between; the connection runs through your own account.
If I disconnect, are the old conversations deleted?
They are not. No new message arrives, but your past conversations stay in your workspace.
When your customer writes, let the team see it.
Connect your account and let the conversation gather on one shared screen. No message stranded on a single phone.
