Whoever writes to your page
should not go unanswered.

Features of the Messenger module

From connecting the page to answering with a card set, all inside Workinno.

01

The page inbox

Messages written to your Facebook page land in your workspace inbox. Several people from the team look at the same box, and who is handling it is written above the conversation. Because the page is the business’s shared door, a message does not wait in one person’s app.

A swipeable card set

Instead of describing several options in plain text, you send a card set. The customer swipes the cards sideways and picks one. Because the options are in plain sight, a product question does not turn into a long exchange.

Quick reply buttons

You can ask short questions with tappable options. The customer picks one without opening a keyboard. When the question becomes a button, the answer comes back in seconds.

Who is writing

The sender’s name and profile photo arrive with the message. You can tie the conversation to a record in your customer list. Because the person is identified, everyone writing to the page does not become one pile of strangers.

Read receipt

When you open the conversation, the message is marked as read on the Messenger side. The customer sees on their own screen that the message was seen. A waiting customer learns from that mark that your answer is on the way.

The 24-hour reply window

Messenger allows free messaging for 24 hours after the customer writes to you. Workinno shows the remaining time above the conversation. Because you see the time left on screen, you move the urgent reply forward.

Photo, video and document

You open the file your customer sent inside the conversation, and you send yours from the same screen. On the Messenger side, file size is limited to 25 MB. Because the attachment sits inside the conversation, you find the file on the customer’s record.

Ready reply texts

You keep the answers you write often as ready texts in your workspace. Because Messenger does not support provider-approved templates, these texts go out as plain messages. With the ready text one click away, the same answer is not retyped every time.

Verifying the incoming message

Every notification from Meta arrives with its signature, and Workinno does not accept the message before verifying it. A request that fails verification never reaches your conversation. Only what was really written to your page enters your inbox.

Disconnecting

When you disconnect the page, no new Messenger message arrives. Your earlier conversations stay in your workspace. Even if you detach the page, your history with the customer stays where it is.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which account is connected?

Your business’s Facebook page is connected. A personal profile is not used in this flow.

Do comments on my posts arrive too?

No. Today only messages written to the page are carried over; post comments are outside this module.

What exactly is a card set?

Cards you can swipe sideways, each with its own title and button. It is used to show several options in a single message.

What does the 24-hour window mean?

After the customer writes to you, you exchange messages freely for 24 hours. The time left is shown above the conversation.

Can I send an approved template?

On the Messenger side there are no provider-approved templates. You send your ready reply texts as plain messages.

Can I leave an emoji reaction on a message?

Not right now. Reactions are off on this channel; you write your answer as a message.

Does the customer see that I read the message?

They do. When you open the conversation, the read receipt is sent to the Messenger side.

If I disconnect, are the conversations deleted?

They are not. No new message arrives, but past conversations stay in your workspace.

LAST STEP

Your page should not look closed.

Connect your page and let messages land in the team’s inbox. A customer who asks should not be left without an answer.
