You run several companies or teams from a single account. You switch between workspaces and the data never mixes. One account carries you between companies.

You create your own labels and attach as many as you like to a record. Then you filter the list by label. Everything carrying the same label gathers in one filter.

You link one record to another: a quote to a customer, a task to a product, a file to a job. The link shows on both records and one click takes you across. Whoever opens a record also sees what is attached to it.

You enter an address once and it attaches to a customer or task record. You can also open your customers on a map view. The address is entered once and looks the same on every record it belongs to.

You do not build a structure you use often from scratch. You pick a ready template and the stages, fields and guide tasks arrive in place. A new job starts with a working setup.

Work assigned to you, an incoming message or an approaching date arrives as a notification. You decide yourself which subjects you want to hear about. Noise never breaks your day.

Under every record, who did what stays there in date order. Status changes, assignments and comments are written there on their own; nobody has to keep notes by hand. You can read back who did what and when.

A deleted record does not disappear at once — it waits in the trash for 30 days and is restored from there. For files this is seven days by default and can be changed in settings. Deleting the wrong thing does not mean losing it.

You issue a key so your own software can talk to Workinno. You give each key a scope and an expiry date, and revoke it when you need to. A key you handed out can be revoked at any moment.

The whole interface is ready in 14 languages. Each member picks their own, so everyone works in their own language inside the same workspace. Your colleague opens the interface in their language and never wrestles with translation.

You reach your workspace from your own domain. Once the domain is verified the security certificate is issued in your name and renewed before it expires. Your team signs in at your own brand's address.
