Where you get stuck,
that is where help is.
The support window opens with the article for the screen you are on, and Inno answers your question. If that is not enough, you open a request from the same window and follow it by its code.
How Workinno support works
From the article to Inno, from the request to the answer, all of it in one window.
Help on the screen you are on
The support window opens with the article of whichever screen you are on. You do not have to search the topic on another site. While you are at the screen, you find the answer there too.
Inno answers your question
Inno explains how Workinno works and also reads your own workspace data to answer. It sees as far as your permission reaches, no further. It does not act: it creates no records, it points you to the right screen.
Ask by voice
You can speak to Inno instead of typing. Press the microphone in the help window and ask your question out loud. When your hands are busy, the answer still comes.
The knowledge base opens with a search
You write your question as an everyday sentence and the matching part is highlighted in the article. You can also browse by topic headings and tags. If an article did not do the job, you say so with one click and help the text get better.
If that is not enough, write from the same window
When the article and Inno do not solve it, you open your request in the same window. Writing the subject and the message is enough; you do not change screens or break your work. A person on the Workinno support team answers the request.
The request code and its stage
Every request opens with its own code; you quote that code in the exchange. Whether the request is new, in progress or waiting for your reply is written in the list. You do not have to ask whether something was forgotten.
Attach the screenshot
You attach the screen you are seeing to the request, instead of describing it. The files sit next to the message and do not travel through a separate channel. The team sees the problem with its own eyes, not through a description.
You hear when the answer comes
When the team writes, you get an e-mail and a notification lands in the app. You do not have to keep the window open or check often. When the matter is settled, you can close the request yourself.
You can write without an account too
You can open a request from the site before you have an account, and follow it with your e-mail address. You do not need to sign up to get an answer to a question you ask before trying. Once you become a member, the exchange carries on in the same place.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I open a support request?
From the support button in the top bar of the app. The window that opens has Inno on top and the request tab below.
Which article does the help window open?
The article of the screen you are on. If you want another topic, you can search from the same window.
Does Inno see my data?
As much as your permission allows. A record you cannot see, Inno cannot read either.
Does Inno act on my behalf?
No. Inno reads and explains; it creates no records and points you to the relevant screen.
Who answers my request?
A person on the Workinno support team. Artificial intelligence only drafts suggestions for the team; a human writes the answer.
Can I attach a screenshot to the request?
You can. You attach images and documents both to the first message and to your later replies.
How do I know an answer has come?
An e-mail arrives; if you are a workspace member, a notification lands inside the app as well.
Can I ask a question without an account?
You can. You follow a request opened from the site with your e-mail address.
Do not leave to get help.
Ask on the same screen. Get the answer on the same screen.
